Shipping policy

We strive to process and ship all wholesale orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Processing Time:
All wholesale orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipment. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Methods:
Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of your order. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and destination. Wholesale customers are responsible for all shipping fees unless otherwise noted in a promotion or special agreement.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Once your order has left our facility, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. If a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with photos and your order number so we can file a claim and assist with replacements as needed.
Local Pickup (if applicable):
Local wholesale partners may request in-person pickup. Please contact us to schedule a pickup time once your order is ready.
