All wholesale sales are final. Due to the nature of wholesale purchasing and inventory planning, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
We take great care to ensure the quality of every item before it ships. In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the damaged item(s), and a brief description of the issue.
Upon review and approval, a replacement or store credit will be issued for the damaged goods.
