What are your payment options?
For your convenience I do accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard and American Express through paypal's secure site. You do not need a paypal account to make a purchase via credit card. If you have a paypal account you can make your payment directly through paypal if your prefer.
If you don't have a paypal account, no problem. You can pay with a credit card
If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please send me an email with your order, item options and the quantities. I will send you an order confirmation with the mailing address to send your check or money order to. Once payment is received and cleared, your item will be shipped.
What is your return policy:
My main goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your product. I take great pride in all of my work, however these items are all handmade. If there is an embroidery error on my part, or the item is defective, I will happily exchange or refund the item. Please notify me immediately upon receipt of your order of any discrepancies. I ask that you double check all ordering information as I am not responsible for embroidery errors due to incorrect data input on customers part..
The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
All returned items must be unused, unwashed and have original tags attached.
Gifting Options:
You get the bill, they get the item. I can also include a personal message to the recipient at no charge. Just Email me with the information.
What is your privacy policy?
Your information is safely secured with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.Your privacy is important to me. Please be assured that all information provided will remain confidential. I collect only the information required to process your order. I do not use, sell or make available any client information to any other parties.
Do you wash your fabrics before sewing?
I certainly do! I wash AND dry all fabrics to insure against any shrinking.

Every item at sbscreations is handmade upon receipt of your order. No two items are alike. Slight variations in fabrics and embroidery may occur. Although I do show sample photos on website, again slight variations may occur.
