Ok, these are adorable for little ones to make, put in a vase and give to grandma.
Here's what you need:
Coffee filters
Unsharpened pencil
Spray bottle with water
Scissors
Markers
Tape
Here's what you do:
1. Decorate 3 coffee filters with markers.
2. Lay them on top of each other and cut across the bottoms so there is an opening. Put them inside each other.
3. Put the eraser end of the pencil into the opening and pinch it closed. Wrap a piece of tape around it to secure it.
4. Spray the flower lightly with water (inside and out) and watch the colors fade into each other. Let dry (See pictures below for step by step directions)
