I know as a mom, I was constantly finding broken crayons.
My solution: re-use them.
Take some muffin tins and have the kids break up all their already broken
crayons and fill the muffin tins up.
Place in 200-degree oven for just a few minutes until they are all melty.
Once cool, remove from tins, give 'em to the kids and watch their faces when
they realized they just made new crayons.
